Ok Lauren this is address of property 90 17 n roxbury ter 73132 the hallway toilet is not working properly not sure what's wrong with it but cannot use it have to put water in it so need some one to come check it out as p thank thank you Jean dotson
I would rate -1 if I can. This company sucks so badly. They don’t have any emergency maintenance so be sure if you have an emergency like an AC issue or sewer backup wait for your emergency to happen from Monday through Friday. Be sure you don’t have emergencies on the weekend. Not too mention they do not pickup the phone. Can’t even leave a message because it’s either always full or they never get back in touch. I can truly say that I have had the most positive experience with Pointe Property Management, whenever I call or email about a problem they are quick to respond to as how soon the problem will be resolved. Initially started off as an exceptional property management but almost 2 years in I began having repeat issues with management. Be wary on keeping up with proof of your payments as they will lose them and also property is not prompt at fixing issues with the home. Also had an issue with owner constantly surveilling the property and coming to the property without my knowledge.
I’ve lived at this property for about 2 and a half years. I love living here. Pointe property has been great. Even through some changes within the company and people in the office coming and going. Although when they were short it was hard to get in contact with them, however Ruth is awesome! She’s great at communicating with you, answering phone calls and if the phone call is missed she calls back immediately.
