I have a my hot water tank running water been calling just goes to voice mail no emergency number and no never in office Monday- Friday dam shame but they want rent on time wow when I first moved here 7 years ago they were great but they stuck know don't move here I looking to get out asap
Rented with them for a few years, they always took care of anything broken and were great with communication!
I loved the unit. Management is awful. I tried to move into a cheaper unit but management refused to lease to me again stating credit score was below 600. It was at 1 credit bureau and not the others. Strange thing is my score was lower at the beginning of my lease and was required to pay a higher deposit for move in. Management knew before end of lease I needed a lower rent payment. I paid 2 different non refundable application fees with them for lower payments on 2 of their other properties and they declined. Ok Lauren this is address of property 90 17 n roxbury ter 73132 the hallway toilet is not working properly not sure what's wrong with it but cannot use it have to put water in it so need some one to come check it out as p thank thank you Jean dotson
