Highly not recommended. According to their records, a service was supposedly done in October, but no one ever came for that visit. They claim they called us, but we did not receive any calls, and the email address they had on file was incorrect. Despite no service being performed, they sent a pending payment to a collection agency. I had to call today and pay for a service that was never done just to resolve the issue and then close my account. As usual, Nick did a great job ensuring the mice are now gone. We’ve had none since his last visit in October when he & his manager found a couple places in the crawl space where the foundation meets the wood footings, where the mice might have been getting in. They filled those spots in with mesh. That worked! My wife is especially happy to be rodent free!!! And so am I. Thanks
