The technician was getting ready to spray around the exterior of the house when I arrived. I asked him to check the interior bait traps in the basement and first floor which he did.

I’ve always had great results with this business. They’re prompt in responding to you, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Elijah specifically was incredible to work with.
Alan was great! Called ahead, was on time, inspected and sprayed each nook and cranny to make sure nothing was missed. He was very thorough in explaining the work done. We called Pointe for wasps and hornets but they also put a bait in the garage for mice as i had expressed that concern too.
