Jordan is extremely knowledgeable about his work. He is incredibly intelligent and friendly. You can spend hours on Google trying to figure out what species of ant is invading your home and get the wrong answer, or spend three seconds with Jordan and get the right one. He even went out of his way to de-spider a bowl of succulents I wanted to plant by taking them out one by one and shaking them off when I told him I saw a spider lurking in there.
