Cody with Pointe Pest control came out within 24 hours of my initial call. Cody was on time, friendly, explained everything in detail, and took the time to walk through the treatment plan. I never felt pressured or like I was being up sold anything I didn't need. . very happy with the service I received
The last two times we have had service the guy seems to just come in and leave within minutes and not talking the time to inspect and check bait stations/activity. For the price we paid we feel like it’s not being done like it should. The guy we had three times ago we liked way better than this we’ve been getting the last two times because he’s communicative and way more thorough.
