The prices are very reasonable, when we called they told us the price and that was it, no hidden prices or anything. We have a sum lord so now we are reasonable to take care of her property until we leave i gues!! Which isn't fair. But it was one time and they came out and now, no paths of ants running across my room. Totally would recommend them. He also took care of all the cob webs around the house.

UPDATED REVIEW 7/27/2026 the last review was 2 years ago. I have had different pest control services since moving to Redmond almost 6 years ago. I understand like any customer service job there can be turnover. I have been with Point Pest Control for 3 years I believe and I have had at least 4 technicians. The last two have been terrible. I get no indication if I have rodent activity, unless I call the office. I don’t know when my technician actually leaves. The actual techs are fine, even great. But you can literally NEVER talk to an actual person, they route you through a 3rd party front desk, and it took us literal HOURS to cancel our service when we moved. I would highly NOT recommend them based on their customer service on the phone.

My husband and I had a great experience with Ryan with Pointe pest control. Their technicians handle the treatment efficiently. I appreciated how thorough they were—checking not just the problem areas but the entire property to make sure nothing was missed. We had a hornet nest and they took care of it. Overall, fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommend!
