Colby rang doorbell & introduced himself, explained what he would be doing. He did his work & all good.
James arrived early in the appointment window, was extremely polite and friendly, respectful of the property and handled our hornet issue! Since I contracted for a quarterly service, he also did the initial service for that and explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased with Pointe so far.
I had some really angry BEES and tried everything to send them running because my son and myself are allergic to them. After getting stung i started looking for a company that would help get rid of them and pointed pest control stood out with great reviews well here’s another happy customer!!! The gal that came out was one tough lady!!! Leslie you rock girl! She did an amazing job! I finally have my front yard back. THANK YOU 5 stars I highly recommend.
James was thorough and efficient. He did an excellent job. Cudos.
