It is 7 PM on September 10, 2025. My mother, Linda Newton called this company around 4:30 this afternoon to tell them we have a LARGE, LIVE MOUSE running around our living room. They really couldn't have cared less. Our regular guy is "on vacation " and therefore unavailable. She asked if the company we pay $116 dollars to every quarter could send another serviceman to our house. NOPE. They're "too busy.
