*UPDATE They sent a man named Rick out who was wonderful! He really listened & was very thorough! He removed the vents around the base of the house & put poison packets in there. I am so hoping this is finally going to do the trick! He told me to reach out if I have any more problems & they will come out again for no extra charge. I rent so I didn't pay them myself.
