Terrible. If I could give a negative rating for this company I would. If you actually want to get rid of anything that is a pest in your home do not call this company. I called them to get rid of wasps and a wasp nest that is directly beneath my bedroom window. I can hear the wasps all the time when I go into my room and I'm terrified they are going to get into my house from inside the wall. They're always on time, they're payment system is one of the easiest and quickest I've seen, and they are willing to come out in between visits to take care of anything new. I had some earwigs that showed up about 3 weeks after their visit, and they came back and killed all of them at no extra charge!
