Terrible. If I could give a negative rating for this company I would. If you actually want to get rid of anything that is a pest in your home do not call this company. I called them to get rid of wasps and a wasp nest that is directly beneath my bedroom window. I can hear the wasps all the time when I go into my room and I'm terrified they are going to get into my house from inside the wall.
