The staff is terrible and the apartments don't do maintenance

Muy mal servicio el personal de la oficina no responde y siempre andan todas molestas he vivido en estos apartamentos y seguido tengo problemas en mi apartamento y los mecánicos se tardan mucho para ir y arreglar las cosas Very bad service, the office staff does not respond and they are always upset. I have lived in these apartments and often have problems in my apartment and the mechanics take a long time to go and fix things.
In my Honest Opinion i believe that Point Lanier is a very calm, peaceful, friendly environment . I lived on this property for many years and My apartment has always been in very good conditions. Maintenance are very helpful with any work orders i may have, they are always there 24/7. It is very sad that there are people out there that speaks so low about the staff if they have been nothing but nice and understanding.
