While we had extremely high hopes for this complex, given the great reviews on Google and the kind staff, it ended up being one issue after another while we lived there. The apartments are outdated, appliances work for a couple of months then stop working. Insulation is terrible, never had an electric bill less than $340. The firewood was always wet and never any good to use.
I lived here for 2 years. My overall experience is 1 star. Due to the fact if you don’t live on a bottom floor or in between someone you feel the biggest affect of there walls have 0 insulation. I felt it heavy on my upstairs one bedroom apartment on the corner. I noticed the front desk multiple times my apartment was freezing and my electric bill was high. Been living here for 2 years coming July and it has been an amazing experience for an apartment. I have had zero issues other than electricity is pretty expensive in the winter for how small the apartment is. Maintenance Is super fast and really nice. I have had no issues with neighbours (other than the new tenant that now moved in next to me) very quiet and lots of places to walk with your pup and lots of trees/grass.
