Mr. Richard Sanchez and Ashley Mesa, both of them, employees from this company are great. I requested help to them because I needed to do the 2-10 warranty that was required from the company. Both of them helped me in my task and it was a great experience. Richard and Ashley are a plus to the company, both of them are nice and helpful.. Richard Sanchez and Julio are excellent at what they do!! They handled all repairs immediately and efficiently. They go into detail as to what is needed and what they will do. Excellent customer service!!
Quality is not there. Two year old home falling apart. Warranty department is hit or miss. I have ac issues. Water ponding into the garage issues. Ceramic tiles loose and not installed correctly. The roof is terribly installed. I’m surprised it hasn’t leaked. Stay away
POINTE Homes is wonderful affordable luxury. Their Real Estate Agents are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and made it super easy for us to move right in. We've owned ours for some years, and we LOVE IT. 💛 Thank you MAREG💜 & POINTE Homes for a great experience.
STOP.... don't buy from this builder, i had a lot of problems with customer service. Some employees think that they are doing a favor helping you, and they dont take care of any damage you have after paying the house. Warranties are useless for them they have excuses. The builder is a "mexican fresita" that type of people think they can open business in the USA and treat people like garbage.
