One of the Worst power companies out there. Our lights cut out more than anything I've ever seen. Our electronics are getting ruined by all the flickering.
The rudeness of these people is UNREAL! As "members" can we fire them?! One of the "customer service" women is so abrasive and crude for NOTHING" at all! You'd have to wonder if she has extremely low self esteem or health issues! Maybe both?
This company needs to be investigated/ audited by the FBI!
They are basically an undergraduate middle man money grab. They do not produce any electricity. They buy it at the lowest rates possible because the Co-op in the name. The triple the price they buy it for and stick it to their 'Customers'. Not Customers at all. You are held hostage to do business with them and they hold you hostage for your Money and then treat you badly. Very much like a Terrorist Organization is the best way to describe them.
