Good rates for a nice place! Loving it so far. I think one of the best things about the place is the staff. They are super supportive and have been so helpful with navigating roommate issues as well. Super awesome team!
I stayed at 58 for two years on all three different floor levels, I moved to the studio’s last year and it was the worst noise compared to living in a 4x4, didn’t make much sense. When I first moved in they gave me a bottle of “Enzymes” and informed me there was a “older man” who lived above me who would not stop smoking cigarettes. The only people I saw smoking around the apartment was a couple and no they weren’t smoke cigarettes. Thinking about moving here? Stop thinking. The aesthetic of the apartments is not as good as what you’d expect. You will be told you cannot view the apartments because you will see them and not sign a lease. During the winter months, you will NOT have hot water. Lukewarm showers at best. I have complained, and so have my roommates. The water? Still cold. The washer and dryer units are just as bad. My clothes constantly come out of the dryer with lint balls.
