Great place for students
placed the work order in on a holiday and they were in and out the next day while i was at work . everything was fixed when i got home . they left a note on my door addressing all the issues i listed online . thankyou guys
Where do I begin… DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please do not move here. Your car will be towed for any reason they can find and then they will charge you almost $400 to get it back. They are trying to keep peoples cars and report them as abandoned to the state of Michigan so they can keep them for themselves. Next, the apartments are not worth anything more than $300 a month. Please, DO NOT MOVE HERE. They don’t care about you. This place has been nothing but a nightmare. Management charged me twice for the same month, towed my car 3 times for no reason, and I had to pay over $300 each time to get it back. I went to the office multiple times, and they did absolutely nothing to fix it. They also charged me for covered parking for a full year and kept adding late fees, even though it was supposed to be a monthly payment. And don’t believe the pictures. My car got towed and am a resident I went to the leasing office asked them for a sticker the emailed me a copy to sign and their is no where stated that come get the sticker after I completed the form ,I got towed by" I see you " towing company and they are located in paw paw Michigan in the country I had to pay $340 for miscommunication on their end .The person I talked to in the office said it’s up to me to come get a sticker ,to be honest ,I’m I supposed to guess and bring my self in the office instead of a notification o... read more
