Tony and the maintenance team, with Evan and the office staff, work together as a great team! They provide excellent value and service!
TOXIC MOLD!! I’ve attached test results below. These apartments are in disrepair and the management was terrible. Upon moving into a 3 bedroom we noticed mold in the kitchen pantry (photos attached). The property manager/maintenance men tried to tell us it was just dirt. We begged them to clean it, but they did a mediocre job and we ended up having to finish it ourselves and buy mold killing paint. We then dealt with one of the neighbors having an ROACH infestation. Tony (maintenance supervisor) is the man. Told him about the cigarette smell in my apartment and he didn't hesitate to walk in. Not only did he identify the issues, but came up with a game plan to resolve them. 2 days later I have new carpet, fresh paint, and a new air filter. Tony understands serving his community with humility.
Tony the maintenance supervisor was extremely fast and polite when helping us with our unit.
