Absolutely disgusting! My son got his keys and walked into an apartment littered with trash, kitchen full of dirty dishes and trash, floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a year and black mold in the bathroom!
I’m honestly beyond frustrated with my experience at 58 West. We have now been without Wi-Fi for almost 20 hours, and after spending more than an hour with Xfinity support, the issue is still not fixed. And I was told that I have to wait another 4-5 days so a technician can come and look at it. This is happening only days after we already went without Wi-Fi for about four days during the switch to Xfinity. They are so bad and rood, This is the worst place I ever Lived in !!! Don’t even try to live in there! They just care about money and how they can take more and more!
Stay away if possible! Management engages in unfair practices. The rooms and units are in bad condition. Management takes no accountability for anything that happens. They charge you unnecessarily for things outside of your control. Rooms are in terrible conditions with pieces of walls being broken, the trim is screwed in. Not at all a good experience.
