I lived there for years and recently got done dirty by them, my first apartment living there my roommate kept taking my stuff and bringing in new friends to wake us up, we all complained and had to move to other apartment in 58 west, that apartment flooded 3 times and had a roommate that was a smelly mess and 58 west was slow to do anything. I called to speak with the manager who very quickly told me she couldn’t tell me any information about the apartment. I signed the lease for all before asking my name or apartment number. She was very rude gave me a non working number to the corporate office. When you call the number for 58 west no one answers the phone. 58 West is absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional. They’re always adding hidden fees with no explanation and never communicate properly. You constantly have to chase them down just to get basic information. Nothing is ever straightforward with them. Living here has been nothing but stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—run while you can.
