Decent First Apartment Experience Overall, my experience at steeplechase was okay, especially for a first place. I never had any issues with break-ins, which made it feel relatively safe, and maintenance was generally good and handled requests in a reasonable amount of time. The biggest downside was the nosy neighbors, which sometimes made the environment feel a little uncomfortable and less private than I would’ve liked. Bald white man lives upstairs in building 4 lets his boxer dog outside without a leash as he is drinking a can of beer.
I haven’t moved in yet but, Ms. Elizabeth has been wonderful !!! She has answered every single phone call , answered all my questions appropriately & was VERY very helpful during the process!!! I can’t wait to move in! Thank you sooo much Ms. E!!
