Decent First Apartment Experience Overall, my experience at steeplechase was okay, especially for a first place. I never had any issues with break-ins, which made it feel relatively safe, and maintenance was generally good and handled requests in a reasonable amount of time. Bald white man lives upstairs in building 4 lets his boxer dog outside without a leash as he is drinking a can of beer.
I haven’t moved in yet but, Ms. Elizabeth has been wonderful !!! She has answered every single phone call , answered all my questions appropriately & was VERY very helpful during the process!!! I can’t wait to move in! Thank you sooo much Ms. E!!
The staff has been amazing at the complex. They have been professional and timely with their communication and processes. The apartments are clean and comfortable. I like the gatewise app!
