I am not a picky guy, I can tolerate a lot but this place is horrible. The apartment complex isn't too bad, everything within the apartment is remodeled. The maintenance and customer service is completely absent though. The quiet is amazing I moved into this apartment July 1st. It was just after my live in boyfriend of 24 years died in front of me April 18th. The quiet and the neighbors are great. The pool is right outside my door. It's a small complex, and well taken care of. My 2 bedroom is spacious and I am taking time to make it my own. The units lease out quickly,so if you like what you see, the Pointe apartments will be perfect. One last thing...there are trees all over. Sooo shaded.
