This place is exactly like everyone described. I encountered Monica Griffin today and she was very rude, no problem solving skills as mentioned in the comments and very unprofessional. I pay over $3100 renting here and you can’t even burn tiki candles without the police being called. It’s not kid friendly and there’s no designated parking so good luck if you’re handicapped.
The management company, specifically Monica Griffin lacks the basic ability to communication, or problem solve, as you would expect from anyone in a management role. As the face of the management office, this shows a true lack of care, and interest in the individuals who reside at the Pointe. The community itself has a ton of potential, but with individuals such as Mrs. Griffin who displays poor customer service the community itself will continue to deteriorate.
Absolute worst place to live I have ever had the displeasure of. The management company they use is useless. The HOA fees are disgusting and they provide no services. They call it a gated community, but the gates are always broken so anyone can drive in. Even if the gates aren't broken, anyone can just walk in through the driveways or an opening in the fence facing rte 22. Cars have been stolen from the parking lots and other cars broken into.
