Absolute worst place to live I have ever had the displeasure of. The management company they use is useless. The HOA fees are disgusting and they provide no services. They call it a gated community, but the gates are always broken so anyone can drive in. Even if the gates aren't broken, anyone can just walk in through the driveways or an opening in the fence facing rte 22. Cars have been stolen from the parking lots and other cars broken into. It was glorious when it was the old Union Drive-in movie theater. Now its an over priced non secure hole in the middle of Rt 22, East. Not West.... Burger Kings customers are now your neighbors!
Lived here for 7 years. Do Not move here. It's nice it's private but that's all that's good about it. The Board there is a joke, the landscaping is sloppy and there is no guard at the gate. They removed them to save money so they have a camera and something called virtual security. Ok so when someone walks in and steals a car or breaks into someone's condo, who is to blame?
