Not helpful Do not move here. Staff is not friendly and does not help with cars getting towed unlawfully. Apartments look nice, but right next to Boondockers and across from CSUF so good location for college students. Rent is a bit higher than Boondockers next door, so I don't know what you are paying for. Parking is easy enough and apartments are roomy for price. Nice pool and recreation area on site.
