I recently moved into these apartments and was having issues with my plumbing and lights. I appreciate the maintenance guys for communicating with me about what they can do to help in a timely manner.
Ms.trina help me out a lot, the process was easy and simple.
If you’re looking to rent/lease and apartment Kesha is your girl! She made my move in process a breeze. She also tended to any questions or concerns I had. Her spirit is great and she kept me updated on my whole move-in process. Also, the apartment complex is huge! It comes with many amenities and nice features. The neighborhood is an eye catcher for sure. It’s a very lovely, quiet and clean neighborhood. You guys should check it out and don’t forget to ask for Kesha!
Spoke with “Keisha,” a leasing person at this establishment to cancel my tour and she had a very rude attitude. I called and told her I need to cancel but received a voicemail about to tour so to double check I called back and confirmed I won’t be able to make it and she hung up on me. This is not the first nor second time I spoke with someone working at t establishment that that did not display polite customer service.
