I'm a new client! I called in this week to get our new puppy in last minute and they got me an appointment for the day after! I also called in this morning at 9:15 - they don't even open until 9, for an emergency (my dog split his toenail in half) and they told me to come right in. They had a booked up morning but just after a few minutes of waiting, they had me in a room! So far I am absolutely pleased with their customer service. Not many offices stop what they're doing for a new client but they have been truly wonderful!
I went to Pointe Animal for years when I lived in Fenton. I moved to Davison and tried two vets near me. Hands down, Dr. Chris and his staff are the best and I am back with them. I never should have "strayed."

Thanks to Dr. Chris and staff our precious 9 month old Diego is finally home and resting. Spent a week trying to find a veterinarian who listened, showed compassion and concern for our pup! Still demonstrating their concern, have called to check in and advise us on the healing process after his surgery for removing a Nyla bone in his intestine.
