Very thorough and helpful!
I went to this clinic in February to have my knee x rayed to see if I had knee surgery.it is 9 weeks later and they claim I am not there patient and they can’t tell me who read my x ray. Before today I left messages and know one returned my phone call. So I will drive over to the clinic on Thursday to find out who read my X-ray. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Please post this so that people know how bad things will be when they come to your clinic.
