You have been my virtual pranayama safe haven. This has been a new journey a new discovery a refresh of new breath. I have definitely feel a difference from beginning back in April. I plan to continue the practice daily. This has helped me release anxiety, frustration and turn off any depression I had been building up within since lockdown in March. Thank you for giving your heart, spirit and guidance. I am forever blessed and thankful.

Business response:

When you participate in Daniel's cacao ceremony, you will most likely experience an uplifting experience. It can work wonders on very different levels. I have done it a number of times and each time has done something different: physically, emotionally or energetically to me. Daniel provides a safe and comfortable environment and all you need to do is follow his guidance in breathwork. He is very talented, passionate about teaching the breathwork and this medicine works. I believe that every single person who " inhales and e... read more

Daniel is a man of many talents. From having his doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, also an expert in yoga, pranayama, and holotropic breathing techniques. He also has been a great teacher for me and I am one of his Shamanic training students. He also plays amazing drums and flute! This is just a shortlist and I have no idea how he keeps up with all disciplines that he sets his focus on. I started as a student of his Shamanic training 1 and I then went back for Shamanic training 2 (advanced) with him. I can say e... read more

I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Dr. Daniel during a moment of deep personal healing - spiritually, physically, and emotionally. I valued his holistic approach for treatment which really offered a respite for me to reflect and continue my path of healing with his gentle, thoughtful guidance.

Do you remember the good feeling of soreness the next day after having a good, comprehensive yoga class? A class in which you felt every part of your body was acknowledged? Those are the after effects of the great yoga classes that Daniel teaches. From sun salutations that energize your body to poses that progressively and carefully open it up, Daniel helps you all the way no matter what your level is. I really enjoy the physical and spiritual feeling of openness after his classes.

Daniel is teaching me a different kind of yoga and it is trans-formative. I have osteoarthritis in my neck and it has basically gone into pain-remission since. Thank you!

Dr. Daniel is very supportive and cares about my health and wellness. I trust his heartfelt wise recommendations. He is a very good listener and asks smart questions like a health detective. He truly cares about my ongoing progress towards total mind, body, and spirit radiant health. I look forward to sharing his knowledge at Shri Yoga Center. I can’t think of anybody who would not benefit from his acupuncture integrative yogic approach.
