I have been a member for over 20 years, and have seen a decline in the quality and helpfulness of customer service. It is very hard to reach staff with questions, and call backs do not happen. I am very disappointed with service and am thinking of closing out my accounts. I would have sooner but I feel a special affinity for credit unions and also worry about the difficulty and extra problems in doing so. What has happened to customer service?
