This place sucks the management is very lazy and every one just calls the police instead of asking you to be quiet it's like hey you live in an apartment your gonna hear ppl
This place apparently was hell before I moved here. I thought these comments were just old and things would be different. .. not a thing changed in years! Horrible place. Not to mention I have black mold growing in the linen closets that maintenance feels just throwing more putty over it will solve the issue... not to mention after they came into my apartment when I was at work and against my request! Police are here non stop. Management is horrendous, unprofessional, absurd, and just a plain joke. Good luck if you move here... read more
The price is right but beware of moving next to someone who has nothing to do all day. My neighbor has taken it upon himself to do the gardening. He is outside of my apartment for hours everyday seeding the lawn, adding dirt to the lawn, watering the lawn. At one point he built a wooden fence around his unit, which they finally made him remove. Because of the poor grading, everything he does washes away and then he starts all over again. I like these apartments reasonable
very poor customer service – apart from the old worn down buildings the leasing manager and her assistant especially her assistant are very unprofessional and rude and all they do is sit in the office and smoke ciggarettes all day and when u call with a complaint they act as if you are bothering them and respond in a very unprofessional manner .
Pointe West Apts. Westland, Mi. – It is sad to see how run down these apartments have become. I wanted to live in them years ago if my sitution ever changed but now that is not the case. So many of them are empty or just plain run down. The fences are falling down, gutter are coming off the building causing water to run on patios of older people. This apartment complex was one that was desirable to live in at one time but no so anymore. It is really needing some serious tender care. Repair of the outside wood, good ground care throughout the year. Good outside lighting. They need a good lawn care service that is not teenagers probably getting the job because the parent perhaps works there. Air conditioning units have been stolen.
