Is a nice quiet place they do play with you a little bit play raise your rent without notice but other than that it's safe and it's quiet I stay in the house the neighbors are neighborly.

They like to overcharge the resident. They also like to lose your lease information. Raise your rent without notice. They like to go into your home without a 24 hr notice. Takes over a yr to fix things if it gets fixed then. They change managers often then don't like to hold there doing to the previous manager.
