They like to overcharge the resident. They also like to lose your lease information. Raise your rent without notice. They like to go into your home without a 24 hr notice. Takes over a yr to fix things if it gets fixed then. They change managers often then don't like to hold there doing to the previous manager. Honestly more like the trenches/hood of the lake right there everyone I known there a little ghetto, one thing you’ll also see there even if you don’t live there, theirs several little kids probably 4-9 that just cuss people out for no reason I think it’s kinda funny being a teen but this ain’t no place for sickly ill people there’s too much going on there
