I applied for this rental after it was listed at $2,025 and marked as pet-friendly. After paying the application fee, I was informed the fee was actually higher than advertised, the rent was “incorrect” and should be $2,250, and that pets are not allowed — directly contradicting the listing. • The rent was actually $2,250 (not $2,025 as advertised) • Pets are not allowed (contrary to the listing) These are material misrepresentations that directly impacted my decision to apply.
