Ms Starlett and Amy were excellent property managers. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at one of their properties
I applied for this rental after it was listed at $2,025 and marked as pet-friendly. After paying the application fee, I was informed the fee was actually higher than advertised, the rent was “incorrect” and should be $2,250, and that pets are not allowed — directly contradicting the listing. • The rent was actually $2,250 (not $2,025 as advertised) • Pets are not allowed (contrary to the listing) These are material misrepresentations that directly impacted my decision to apply. It's been a while since I've rented so I was a little skeptical of the lows that could come along with renting. This company has been nothing but excellent to me the staff is always welcoming with wonderful people like mrs Jackson and mrs Amy who do everything they can to help alleviate stress that comes with renting. I'm so thankful they allow a 20 year old kid like me a chance to be in my own place.
