DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are literal slumlords! Will promise things over the phone but won’t put it in writing. Will gladly move you into a roach infested home and take your money. Applied, gave a deposit, waited almost two weeks and did not get a lease to sign. I kept asking about a lease to sign it was excuses, everything under the sun.
