Point to Point is always kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They pay attention to detail and always ensure we are happy with our finished product. We will continue to use them for all our printing needs!
They printed simple color double sided trifold for a non profit club. The brochures came apart at the seams. All of them. When returned she stated they’d print on regular paper. No refund. I paid for nice brochure paper. She said they wouldn’t do anything for us again. What? It’s our fault you printed an inferior product? How rude. If you want good printing and customer service. Don’t go here!
Excellent place to send packages from. Receive excellent service every time.
