Normally I call Roto Rooter. This time I thought give a chance to the local business owner, but it went very bad. I had kitchen sink sewer line back up.. This company charge $175 just to come out and check the issue on the other hand the Roto Rooter do that for you free of charge. Still I thought let the local company give a chance. It was suppose to be a simple job for a clogged kithchen sewer pipe for about 2 hours. But it took Six hours to complete this job. Called to address a recurring sewage backup to bathtub. Tech was sent quickly - great. Checked lines and said all seems to be clear. He mentioned vent pipe on roof as possibility but said not likely. We paid tech and he left. Something is wrong as this has happened repeatedly in last couple of months and we have owned home for 25 years with no issue. Since he mentioned vent pipe we did some research after he left and read that a clogged vent pipe could cause sewage backups!! We called back and shared what tech mentioned but ... read more
Situation: Completely blocked main sewer line to my home at 6pm Sunday night of President's weekend. Could have been my worst nightmare. Thanks to this wonderful company for easing my pain!
