The cost. Making in to expensive for people. A lot of people moving out cause they can go buy a villa or condo and pay a mortgage comparable to the monthly fees JB is now charging. And then have equity on top of that. I love living here but it’s getting outrageous with the monthly fees.

RecommendedWe have been in this park since the winter of 2000-2001. It has been a great place with yard size lots to have your home on. The people that had it over the years took great care of everyone. The owner passed away and the family decided to let it go. In selling it we feel that they will now take us to next level of happy living and look forward to many more winters in this great place. KS/JS
