Was just in to get my summer tires put on & while there was a little bit of a wait, the exceptional service more than made up for it! Thanks for making my day, guys, & Chelsea & I hope you enjoy your doughnuts. My only regret is that I didn't catch anyone's name & that I couldn't carry more treats from the grocery store with my toddler in tow. Thanks again for such an enjoyable experience :) We will absolutely be back again!
These guys are awesome! Replaced my damaged tire with road hazard for free no questions.
These guys were awesome. My power window came off the track while driving across the country. I called around and every shop I called was to busy. These guys were a little bit out of my way, but they said they could help. I went to pay them and they told me not to worry about it, just to come back if I ever need help, while im in the area again. Now that's a rare thing.

Heber City Tire Factory did an amazing job of saving our families day. This past Saturday, June 7, 2014 while heading up Provo Canyon for a day of fishing at Strawberry Res, our boat trailer had a bearing go out in the the front axle. We got the trailer to the tire factory just after 1:00 PM and they had us fixed an out the door in less than two hours.
