The staff is friendly and on top of things that need attention. Maintenance is friendly and fast when it comes to service requests. I am very satisfied to live here.
Great staff.
My son rented an apartment here for a year while he was working as a federal employee. After he was terminated due to the reduction in force happening now in government, the administration of this apartment complex was heartless and unwilling to make any accommodations. They forced him to keep paying rent, utilities and insurance for 60 days even when he was trying to move out of the city to find another job. Don't sponsor this kind of landlord.
