My son rented an apartment here for a year while he was working as a federal employee. After he was terminated due to the reduction in force happening now in government, the administration of this apartment complex was heartless and unwilling to make any accommodations. They forced him to keep paying rent, utilities and insurance for 60 days even when he was trying to move out of the city to find another job. Don't sponsor this kind of landlord.
I just adore my apartment here! It's incredibly spacious, well maintained, and comes with all the major appliances you need. Plus, the community areas are always spotless and inviting - gym or pool. The location is great since it minutes from several restaurants and stores. What sets this place apart is the amazing staff. From management to maintenance, everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend checking it out!
