I would not recommend renting from this property management company. The office staff is extremely non-responsive and routinely ignores phone calls and emails. Getting a response about even basic concerns is frustrating and time-consuming. The maintenance department has been equally disappointing. Work orders often remain open for months, and when someone does show up, the issue is frequently patched with a temporary fix rather than properly repaired.
