Absolutely horrible, unresponsive to major issues
Don't recommend renting through this company. They raise the rent by $100 minimum every year, add extra fees, and new procedures (ex. yearly inspection before renewal). They do bare minimum updates and never want to fix anything in apartments. There have been issues with bed bugs and cock roaches. They do not tell tenants when other tenants have infestations and try to keep it hush hush. Neighboring tenants that share the same walls are suppose to have an inspection at the very least. Don’t rent a property that is managed by this company. We rent at Norhardt Crossing in Brookfield, WI. Prior to move in we were assured the apartment would be movexin ready when we arrived in six weeks. Two items in particular- bubbled cupboard doors in kitchen and caulking in the bathroom- that we were assured over and over again would be done prior to move in were not. Never ever rent through this company. They sold their apartments to another company and four months after I moved in told me I owed $600 in fees I didn't pay from my move in out of nowhere the last month before they left. I wrote them emails to find out what the fees were for and she could pinpoint nothing, just kept telling me I owed it. They then left with taking it out of my security deposit. They will cheat you out of your money, stay far away!!!!! I would give no stars if I could!
