One of the best rental experiences I've had! I saw the property, applied, and was notified very quickly when I was approved and was promptly provided the keys and lease. There was work still being done to the back yard but that was done quickly after I moved in. The appliances worked great my whole lease, the house is so cute and cozy and well taken care of. Sad I have to go but needing more room for my growing family! Thanks Kevin!
--- Review: I would not recommend renting from this landlord. Communication was poor, and issues with the property were either ignored or addressed very slowly. When it came time to move out, I did not receive my deposit back within the legal time frame, and there was little to no explanation. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re considering renting here, I’d strongly suggest looking at other places.
Will never rent here as talked with landlord over the phone & won't honor ESA letter for my cat. Most people like their pets. Asked if he allows pets in any property. He said yes, but never gave me any location just said he has over 200 properties. The listing I liked in Augusta, all he told me was he had 15 people ahead of me! Wow. Very arrogant attitude
