I'm usually a pain and write mostly complaints, but I was so happy with the customer service and the quality of service of my last experience at Point Pleasant Collision. They were very friendly and helpful when I had questions, and worked directly with the other persons' insurance so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I'm so happy with the work and hopefully I don't have to come back any time soon but if I need to, they'd be where I'd take my car! I highly recommend!

I have never had such a good experience with an auto body. From the ease of estimate, to the unbelievably fast repair, Point Pleasant Collision handled everything perfectly. My vehicle is brand new again and I still can't believe how quickly it was returned. Not to mention everything being done correctly the very first time (a rare occurrence in that industry) thanks again!!!!

First I would like to say thank you to Point Pleasant Collision . PPC Is always my go to place whenever I need something repaired and fixed. The costumer service is unreal and my car has always been done in a timely manner. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, confident and sure you will be completely satisfied.

Amazing to say the least! Staff were great, and prompt with regards to having the car ready when they said they would. Car was clean when I picked it up and looked amazing! Customer service was on point and they were extremely helpful with coordinating car rental and working with insurance... Definitely would recommend them!
