Excellent therapists, great facility and location!
I have gone to Physical Therapist Allie Haynes, both before total hip replacement and post-op, for more than a year now. She has given excellent guidance, and encouragement. She is constantly checking my form, so I do not injure myself. She offers careful and thoughtful attention, and challenges me in very good ways. I love our cooperative working together. She has always been receptive to my questions and responded effectively, with helpful answers.
I can't give enough stars to Point Performance! I went to see Dr Klaiman after years of back pain and got a great diagnosis and great advice. He sent me to Allison Haynes, Ph.D, PT for dry needling and it's such a relief to finally be out of pain and actually feeling nimble! Staff is polite. Setting professional and definitely above "standard of care." (I know because I work in Hospitals.)
Dr. Klaiman is a very special doctor. He spends the time to really understand not just what is wrong but also how I feel. He is a doctor I can truly say is there for me. He "gets it" - what it is like to live with pain all the time. And he has created this new office to help people like me feel better- through both him and the PTs that work there - I feel like there is a team behind me to help me get better. Thank you, Dr. Klaiman.
