Let me tell you what went down when I visited Point On The Bow Condominium Inc to pick up a Facebook Marketplace stove. I pulled into the sleek parking lot a couple of days ago, thinking it’d be a simple swap and that'd be it. Instead, I walked into the common lounge—and what did I find? I fell in the river right across the road from this apartment and the staff kicked me out of the front lobby when it was -30 and I was waiting for a uber, she told me I couldn’t keep warm and now I have possible frostbite for having to wait outside No compassion for anyone… sad to see.

The employees at this place lack compassion and basic humanity. My brother in law fell through the ice on a river while walking his dog and went to this apartment building to wait in the warm for his Uber to pick him up. The manager would not allow him to wait 10 mins in the lobby to stay warm and kicked him out to wait outside while soaking wet in February! I know it's not their job to keep him warm but just know this is the type of heartless management in charge of this place if you are looking to live in this building.
