Couldn't be happier using Steve as our home inspector! Had him inspect multiple houses for us and were finally able to find the right one! He's very thorough and knows exactly what to look for to save you lots of money and headaches. He showed us exactly what the issues were and explained everything in great detail. The final inspection report was delivered promptly the next morning and was very detailed on all the findings. If you are looking to purchase a home Steve is the person to hire I would recommend him to anyone!

Steve was professional and personable. He took the time to explain his findings and answer our questions, and the inspection report arrived quickly.
Absolutely phenomenal! Steve hung in there with us through two home inspections, saving us the first time from an electrical nightmare. We can not thank him enough for the education and care he gave us. After our first inspection with him we were well prepared moving forward, and we're often complimented by listing agents at open houses that we knew what to look for.
