I could not be happier with the services I received at Point of Care Health Services mobile unit. I used them to get my Covid booster and the process was easy and efficient. I booked my appointment on their website (which was very informative) and was seen exactly on time. I came back to them for Covid testing so I could feel safe enjoying Christmas Day with family. Absolutely awful experience. The mobile testing site felt unprofessional and sketchy. There was a lack of communication on what to bring to the appointment and many of us in line were informed then and there that our insurance might not cover the costs of the test (this was the first red flag). Second red flag was when they took photos of everyone's information (insurance, ID, and payment card) without communicating why. We realized the night before our international trip that my husband had lost his vaccine card and we needed it for travel. We reached out late that night to Point of Care Health Services requesting an expedited proof of vaccination and they responded immediately, putting our worries at ease that night. They got us the info we needed first thing in the morning so we were able to travel stress free. We are so grateful for their awesome customer service!
