Point Nepean Air Conditioning is the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Excellent communication prior to installation, and an amazing team that worked so well and efficiently together during installation - I was so happy that I chose this company. Could not recommend highly enough.
We were concerned when we found our old a/c wasn’t working - just as the hot weather started. Point Nepean A/C were great. They arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem (three dead geckos!) and gave us a full report. They replaced our unit quickly and efficiently. Their office team and installers were terrific. I highly recommend them.

I called Nepean Air Conditioning to ask about some proactive work on my existing system to help save money long-term. The experience was fantastic. Amanda really listened to what I was trying to achieve and spent a huge amount of time walking me through the pros and cons. She educated me on things I misunderstood and, in the end, I realised I didn’t need to do anything at all — and I was far better off for it. TOTALLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE !! Firstly I would like to say a BIG Thanks to Amanda & all the Team at Point Nepean Air Conditioning. From the first email contact with Amanda it was so easy to communicate about what was required at my Mother’s place in regards to an old existing Air Conditioner purchased from another business.
