This place has horrible unprofessional management. Tricia the manager hates her job as well as maintenance they don’t fix anything and after a year when your lease is up they will give you a 30 day notice to vacate and leave you and your family with nowhere to go for no reason. Read the lease carefully for your own good but if at all possible stay away from this place the cheap rent and spacious place is not worth what you will go through in the end. They own multiple buildings so do your research and STAY AWAY.
This place does not come fix anything when you put in work orders half the time they don’t even return your voicemails or answer the phone during working hours. They have nosey people who live there and are in your business management will accuse you of things that aren’t even true overall I would not live here again. Keep looking if you can. Very upsetting for a tenant who is always on time with rent to be accused of something that isn’t even true
