I had a wonderful appointment for deep tissue massage yesterday with Olivia. She also is now credentialed in muscle activation therapy, which I had not had yet..... when she tested my resistance strength it was weak in all limbs....after she activated the deep muscles (and I mean deep), the difference was really amazing....Feels like a wonderful tune up! Olivia is so intuitive and knowledgeable about anatomy; she locates and works on the problem areas.....the combination of these two modalities felt so positive for my body.
Shanon gives a unique technique to massages. The complete staff is friendly and ready to answer your questions. I felt like they were all there for me!
