The selection of teas is amazing
I just received my tea today and am so happy! It took me a while to find this tea since my usually place hasn't stocked it in a while. It included a sample and a handwritten thank you note:) Awesome customer service....I will definitely order again from Point Loma. Thank you!!!!
Sad to leave this review because I was excited to try this place but walked away disappointed and insulted. First and foremost, the employee who "helped" us (and I use that word lightly) seemed to have no idea what she was doing and continuously asked me to repeat myself. She had no interest in educating us about the product, nor even engaging us as customers. Was told they do not sell sample size packs upon request, you can smell a limited number of teas however. This store was such a treat! My mom and I visited while down in Point Loma for the day, and came across this shop after breakfast. The store is very cute, a super cozy atmosphere with SO MANY different choices of loose tea, matcha, and ceramic ware. I was looking to substitute some of the canned Yerba Mate teas for something a little more cost friendly and sustainable.
