I dread coming in here unless I really have to if I have to deal with the male owner. He's rude and obnoxious, especially if no one else is around; otherwise, he seems like a super guy. So I'm wondering what's with all the glowing reviews, it can't be the same person (?)

Point Loma Postal Plus is so wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure that your package gets out in a timely manner and that it has arrived, undamaged. They spent hours remedying a situation for me with my package that was not even their fault. They rushed my package when it was down to the wire to make sure that I had access to my belongings. I cannot recommend them enough!
