Being a 1st time customer, was offered a special price that beat their competitors. Clogged toilet was fixed quickly. Michael was professional & courteous...and lady of the house appreciated that he wore shoe covers!
First time calling and a great experience. They help price where other companies change when arrive, Steve was professional, checked issues, made recommendation, tried 3 times to clear drain and successful. Stayed to make sure flowing. Such a good guy. I will always call Pt. Loma for repairs.
I had 3 ceiling fans installed almost 2 weeks ago, and am overall satisfied strictly with the fan installations. However, communication has been lackluster and the job is INCOMPLETE. It was supposed to take 1 day and they needed to come back another day to finish. The next day, I was working and got a knock on the door - I was never informed of a day/time window, and I did have to leave for an appointment later in the day which made it stressful to rush them to complete. Crew was professional, efficient, skilled and courteous. Have used two other plumbing companies and these guys outperform them by a large margin.
