Tara was absolutely incredible in providing the best acupuncture treatments during my pregnancy. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl at 43. I can’t recommend Tara enough. Thank you!
I have had the best experience with Tara. I came to her having so many questions about my cycle, fertility, conceiving and honestly a lot of fear surrounding all of those things. Met Tara while trying to get pregnant and continued to see her during pregnancy and a few times postpartum. She was so supportive and really listened to my symptoms and needs each week and planned accordingly. I believe it made a difference in my journey. I am so grateful to have found Tara and will absolutely use her in the future!
Tara is incredible. I truly believe that she helped my body prepare for birth in ways I didn’t know were possible through acupuncture. I was 3cm dilated before labor even began which is unheard of as a first time mom and I attribute this mainly to her treatments. She also assisted in my home birth and flipped my baby with acupuncture when he was in the sunny side up position causing awful back labor. It brought me so much relief. I will forever be grateful to her and her support.
Tara is incredible! I have been treated by her during both of my pregnancies and our appointments were something I looked forward to every week. She helped me tremendously with my lower back pain, bloating, mood and so many other things. I am forever grateful to her and will continue to see her on my Postpartum journey.
