One star on this because I could not write the review with ZERO. Scott picked my boat up on June 18, 2011, I just got it back on September 7, 2011 and only then because I went to his shop and demanded that it be returned. That is almost 3 months for a tune up and complete service. He did bring it back toward the end of July but there was a bad knocking noise in the drive train that he tried to explain away as due to the age of the boat.
