Never answer to phone call or email as a Conveyncer. Adam has missed to remove or do action for the SUBJECT TO LEASE in the contract and told me to sign and put me in hard time and much stress as a first home buyer and he is ignoring my emails and calls . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
We recently purchased a property & this conveyancer was obstructive to say the least. We asked the vendors who were living overseas to provide information about items that were not working. We did not get an answer until the day before settlement & the result was we delayed settlement by 1 day. Of course the vendor did contact the conveyancer in time to charge us 1 days interest.
