It works. Water comes out but not much soap.
Customer BEWARE...Low pressure, Very little Soap. I feel like I could've done a better job with my Bucket & some Dawn, yet I was trying to save some time. JUST WASN'T WORTH IT,SORRY.
The selfwash Bay is pointless. The pressure was so bad it would not even wash the dust off the windshield. It was about the same pressure as if you were to run a faucet. When I told the manager they said somebody must have bent the nozzle this week. And yet you continue to operate the unit anyway. Was told to call ahead next time I want to get my car washed and they'll do it for free. Again kind of pointless if the free car wash is going to leave my car dirty again. Put a $5 bill in the machine and no time came up. So I basically donated my money. Called and got no answer, nobody was there to even talk to
