RecommendedOur second time visiting. Joan is so friendly and hospitable, like visiting an old friend. Wonderful breakfast on the delightful screened porch that looks out on the water. Comfy beds. We hope to be back next year!
This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is very neat and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Joan is a wonderful and thoughtful person who truly makes you feel at home. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to provide information on attractions and dining helped make our trip to St. Michaels very enjoyable.
This is a perfect location in St Michaels. My wife and I loved our 3-night stay and hated to leave. Definitely will be back for more.

Point Breeze never disappoints! Beautiful home inside and out. Clean and homey. Always love riding the bikes around the welcoming neighborhood and into the cute local town. Joan is the absolute best! This was my family's third stay here and it won't be our last!
My husband and I had a spectacular time when we said. The breakfast were delicious. Joan is the greatest. Loved talking to her. I even helped her do a puzzle. If you are looking for a place to stay I recommend this place. Bonnie and Gregg Goss
