Place is awful it will rip you off and make you with no vehicle as they did to me do not trust please save yourself the headache
Great service. Honest and dependable. Point Auto towed my van 10 minutes after initial call and diagnosed the problem within an hour. They tried to save me a little $$ by purchasing a reconditioned distributor cap - which I appreciated. Unfortunately a month later the distributor went again. I called Point Auto again, they immediately came out and picked up the van again... the best part? They realized the problem was primarily with the part they installed so they didn't charge us a dime... they even did a complete check up ... read more
These guys are great. I have had them do tune-ups on 2 cars in the last two weeks. Service is great and pricing is more than competitive.
Recently visited this shop after another in the area tried to rip me off. They came across as honest and informative. They took the time to explain to me in detail what the issues were but didn't come across as condescending.
