I’m currently living here and I would not recommend. For starters this place has an HOA that shows favoritism for the chosen board members and creates a hostile environment for the rest of the community. The HOA harasses certain residents they make their own rules that seem unreasonable and convenient only for the board members. For instance sending out authorization forms to be completed by the landlord for pool access and being asked for id to use it.
